"GLACIER" WITHOUT ICE

On cooling from evaporation based device cooling Cabinet for food storage, a kind of "glacier" without ice. The device of this cooler is very easy: a box made of wood (preferably of galvanized iron) with shelves, on which is placed to be cooled products. At the top of the box is placed a long vessel with clean cold water; in a vessel immersed the edge of the canvas, which goes along the back wall of the drawer down, ending in a vessel placed underneath the bottom shelf. Canvas saturated with water, which, as the wick, all the time moving through it slowly evaporates and the cooling all departments "glacier".

This "glacier" should be put in a cool place apartment every night to change it cold water, so she had a good night rest. Vessels containing water, and the canvas, then impregnate it should be, of course, completely clean.
