Chapter 9. Vision one and two eyes

Is it possible to produce pictures so that normal eyes could properly consider them without glasses? Quite possibly - it is enough only to use cameras with telephoto lenses. After said earlier it is clear that the image obtained by a camera with 25-30 cm focal length, can be considered (one eye) at a normal distance - it will be quite a relief.

You can get such pictures, which will not appear flat when viewed even two eyes from a distance. We have already said that when both eyes receive from any subject two identical images, the mind merges them into a single flat picture. But this tendency quickly becomes weaker with increasing distance. Practice shows that the images received by the lens with 70-cm focal length, can be directly considered both eyes, not losing prospect.

The need to have a long lens again is uncomfortable. Therefore, we will point another way: it is that increase the image obtained by the ordinary apparatus. At this magnification, respectively, and extends the proper distance from which you want the picture to look. If a photo taken 15 cm lens, zoom in 4 or 5 times, this is enough to get the desired effect: a larger picture can be seen with both eyes from a distance of 60-75 see Some ambiguity snapshot does not interfere impression, as from a great distance she barely noticeable. In the same sense of relief and perspective picture undoubtedly wins.
