What is that Rondo is a word that can be included in the title, and can only determine its shape? This question has already been made part of the answer: Rondo is one of the long-established, included in the practice of musical forms.
The name of this form comes from medieval France. There Ronde (from words rondeau - circle and ronde - dance) was called round dance songs. Performed Ronda: soloists-zapevaly sang his tune on different lines of the text, and the choir repeated the chorus, which did not change neither the words nor the music. From these dances and originates Rondo is a special form of building musical composition.
Starts Rondo with the main theme, which is called the refrain (it can be compared to the chorus of a song). For Rondo this chorus returns at least three times, alternating with other musical episodes.
In Rondo form, written many instrumental pieces in folk style, cheerful and lively.
