EASTER MERINGUE AND "WHITE HAT" CAKE

When my mom bake Easter cakes, she uses a lot of egg yolks, but the squirrels are often left. Help my mom make the white mass to decorate the cake, and bake a very delicious meringue - light airy cake from the well beaten whites.
