Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

The baby was not yet two years. He just learned to walk. He was healthy, he was pleased - good mother's smile and the sun looked into the room, restrained affection of the father and the bird that sang outside the window its a fun song. He smiled, laughed, he never wanted to cry. Mother, Anna Maria, she is always cheerful and friendly, and was happy: her only boy fun, good luck.

And suddenly happened to the baby such that surprised Anna Maria, and what she found explanation only in a few years.

And here's what happened. The father of the baby was a violinist in the court chapel of the Archbishop - in-chief of the owner of the Austrian city of Salzburg, where she lived with their family. When the father was free from the service of the Archbishop, he gave music lessons to the children of wealthy citizens. Leopold Mozart was strict, he was not permitted to interfere in the classroom, and Anna Maria sent a small Wolfers with six-year-old sister Nearly to walk. So it was this time. Wolf played in the sand, when suddenly from the window of his father's office he heard the music. Violin and viola in two voices drawl were beautiful melody. The kid forgot about the sand and began to pull Nannerl home. As soon as the girl dragged him up the staircase to the apartment, wolf rushed to his father's office. The father got angry and pushed the kid out the door. The boy began to cry. He sobbed so bitterly and so long that Anna Maria took him away from home. But here's the miracle as soon as the baby was back in the yard under the window of his father's office and again heard the beautiful singing two voices, tears dried on his cheeks, he smiled and his eyes lit up with joy.

When Nazirli was seven years old, his father began seriously to her music. The girl displayed a rare talent for music and quickly learned to play the harpsichord. Little Wolfgang, as soon as my sister sat at the instrument, became close and not leave it until the end of classes.

Once the kid was lucky: my parents went to visit, and sister allowed him to touch the keys, and went away to play with dolls. When she came back into the room, the boy still sat at the instrument, carefully trying to extract melodic sounds. He would get angry when it turned out ugly, and pressed the keys. Sister couldn't pull tool.

Wolfgang Mozart was then three years. And on the fourth father began to teach him to play the harpsichord easy pieces. From the very first lessons the father was shocked abilities Wolfgang: the boy learned new things with speed, which is rarely available and Mature musician.

As Leopold Mozart called his comrades from Salz-Petersburg chapel to listen to the game son. The admiration and astonishment knew no bounds. Soon the entire Salzburg knew: in the house of Mozart grows "miracle baby".

A musical genius Wolfgang was indeed a "miracle". But in all other respects he remained an ordinary kid - fun naughty, friendly, kind and inquisitive boy, gentle and obedient son. He loved children, with whom he played, and adults who surrounded him, he loved his Canary, dog Pimpers, loved flowers, trees, the sun.

Luchistost, inner harmony, joy was felt by all who knew little Mozart, the young Mozart and the adult Mozart, although young and adult Mozart had to deal with troubles and failures, and with cruel injustice in life. Clarity, vitality Mozart opened and we are living many years after his death, opened his beautiful music.

Kudos to Mozart came very early. Six years he already gave concerts. The father showed his art to the public - first in Salzburg, then in Munich and, finally, in Vienna. Singing Nanely, who had a beautiful voice, and play Wolfgang enthralled noble lords and ladies.

Fascinated, Leopold Mozart decided to undertake extensive tours of Europe. He hoped that the successful performance of children will bring the family wealth that will ensure its future. Taking my friends money, with letters of recommendation and continued the Archbishop vacation, Leopold Mozart to his wife and children went in far more tiring journey.

Around the coach, unfamiliar city, Packed full of stuffy rooms and cold splendid halls, palaces, strange faces, other people's room and uncomfortable bed... Nannerl brilliantly performs complex pieces. Wolfgang plays. Plays all that the father wants, or every other play, when the father covers the key cloth, dreams on a given topic, indicates blindfold any note that someone from the audience wanted to take on the harpsichord, to knock on pocket watches, even on the glasses placed in front of the boy. Munich. Mannheim, Cologne, Brussels, Paris for six months in Paris, London, the Hague, Paris again, Switzerland. Public speeches, sessions house, music, attending concerts, operas, meetings and discussions with major musicians, the opportunity to listen to the best music in the best performance.

Little Wolfgang grew up. The more absorbed he himself experiences, the stronger grew in him the desire to compose music. Father began to teach him composition. In Paris were published in 1764 his first four sonatas for clavier and violin (Mozart was eight years old).

In London Mozart was lucky - his teacher and mentor was the then famous composer Johann Christian Bach, the youngest son and disciple of the great Sebastian Bach. Sensitive, serious, highly gifted musician gave the boy a lot more than could now give him his lessons Leopold Mozart. Johann Christian Bach immediately saw that the boy genius, sensitively and carefully took him to new heights of art. Wolfgang is now very much composed. His London works, especially the first Symphony, showed that he knew and felt all the instruments of the orchestra. Surprisingly, the first Symphony, the boy wrote, not touching the instrument. At this time father was seriously ill. He was lying in the next room, and Wolfgang didn't want to disturb him. From London Wolfgang Mozart left by the composer.

Sadly had to return in provincial Salzburg had. Leave father ended, the other works to him, no one suggested that the Archbishop had waited for him for three years. In the autumn of 1766, the Mozarts returned home.

Rumor noise and hesitated, the fashion for "wonder child" ran out of gas. The father was upset. As children, perhaps a quiet life at home was much more useful than nomadic. Three years of wandering, hard work exhausting not very good health guys.

When Wolfgang was twelve years old, he was commissioned Opera. The boy worked with passion. In his work sounded a lot of bright, original tunes, but it was still a direct imitation of Italian comic operas, of which Wolfgang had a lot to hear.

Fourteen-year-old Wolfgang father again decided to take abroad - this time in Italy, where the music was at a premium, whence came all Opera celebrities and much sought all the musicians.

Italy met the young genius enthusiastically. In Bologna he along with older composers participated in the competition of the Philharmonic Academy. He was given a monophonic piece, which he was to develop in a complex four-part work. Mozart coped with the task in half an hour. Academy members were impressed by his talent and skill. According to the rules in the members Constance Academy were elected only by the major composers, not less than twenty years. But for the sake of fourteen-year-old genius had to break the rules - Bologna him unanimously elected an academician.

In Italy, Mozart wrote at the request of the Milan Opera theatre "Mithridates, King of Pontus", rehearsed it with singers, he conducted during the presentation. Opera was a huge success. The theatre soon gave Mozart a new order.

Back in Salzburg, Mozart plunged into the work. He composed many operas, symphonies, quartets, sonatas. Every year became more independent composer, original thoughts, bolder experiments. He walked away from those samples of Italian music, which was owned by his childhood.

In 1772 Salzburg came Josef Haydn. Similar to Austrian folk songs and dance melodies of Haydn long ago conquered Wolfgang. Himself Haydn was as kind and friendly as his music. Mozart had seen in forty years of Haydn, his main teacher, and friend. And Mature, long known to the world the composer treated the young Wolfgang with great respect and said, "maybe once in a century there is such a talent."

Other people, such as Haydn, along with Mozart was not. Most of the musicians with whom he met and had to work, I envied him the stronger, older and more independent he was.

Like his father, Mozart received a musician at the court of the Archbishop. At first he was happy: he had a lot of orders. He composed and choirs for the Church, and Opera arias, and instrumental chamber music, and symphonies. But died an old Bishop, who for many years was favorably disposed to the Mozarts, and the new owner of the city took his place. The new Archbishop was cruel, unfair and capricious. Soon the service at his court became Mozart unbearable. He denied there were departures from Salzburg, every morning was a long time to stand in front of the host with other servants and wait for the orders for the day. If Mozart had received orders from the lords from other cities or someone praised the composer, the owner was really mad.
Many times the young man had suppressed his desire to escape from Salzburg. Privatenot to the family, concern for his father, clinging to the service of the Archbishop, stopped him.

In 1777 Leopold Mozart managed to beg owner's permission to visit her son abroad. Money in the family was not, and Wolfgang went only a mother. The way they lay in Paris through major cities in Germany. Again concerts, new experiences, challenges, victories. And sometimes the coldness and indifference of noblemen: "miracle baby" has grown, independent of composition the young composer were not like the then-popular Italian music. New costs, difficulties.

Money for concerts and compositions were paid little. Wolfgang had to give lessons to some how to keep the mother and gain money to Paris. But in Paris he was waiting for the same indifferent reception. Exhausted by the trip and failures mother became ill and died in Paris. Mozart, heartbroken, and returned to Salzburg. Again reached the painful days of service of the Bishop.

One joy was Mozart's creativity. From the pen of every day were new creations. Every day improved his high art.

The harder it became Mozart to his feet, the stronger grew in him a feeling of protest. "Don't grovel!" "he repeated. And then came a day when patience was overcrowded. Neither the entreaties of his father, nor the threat of violence hanging over their family, not stopped Wolfgang. Unable to bear the humiliating mockery of the owner, Mozart gave the Archbishop a request for care. None of the servants never dared to voluntarily withdraw from the service at the court of the Archbishop. The unprecedented audacity of the young composer has led the owner mad. One of the favorites of the Archbishop instead pushed Mozart with stairs, showering him with abuse. Shocked animal rudeness, Mozart lost consciousness and permanently ill. It happened in 1782.

A high price has been paid by the composer for freedom. But the joy was in the shower when it's the first days of a free life in Vienna! The enthusiasm with which he took for his work! He wrote, ran on lessons in the evening spoke to the audience. He was tireless.

In the first year of freedom was born of the immortal Opera, Mozart's "the abduction from the seraglio". The work coincided with his marriage to Constance Weber. Constance came to the aid of Mozart in the most difficult times of his life - he was full of love and gratitude to the girl. This feeling inspired by the composer when he created his first independent Opera, when I wrote the image of the heroine - a gentle, poetic, fearless girls, bore the name of his bride.

"The abduction from the seraglio" is now considered one of the best operas in the world of art, but among his contemporaries of Mozart's many greeted her with hostility. Too not like she was at the Opera, marching while in the Viennese theatre, with their obligatory Italian slant, Opera, resembling a collection of arias and recitatives, and not a single piece of music.

Unfortunately, the fate of a musician at that time depended on the "strong world", their opinion played a crucial role. And because of the way Mozart was unfairly difficult. He lived in constant need, he had every day, every hour to overcome the resistance of envious enemies, they were overshadowed by the joy and happiness that gave him the works.

And yet on this difficult path were born immortal, radiant Mozart Opera "the marriage of Figaro, don Giovanni, Magic flute". In this way was born the best of his clavier concertos, fantasies, quartets, quintets. Only one 1788 composer wrote three great symphonies and many small pieces. His music is sad and cheerful, lively and thoughtful, and yet life-affirming! Cheerfulness Mozart as a protest: no matter how strong his opponents, nor how much was in his way obstacles - not to break!

Last Mozart - Requiem funeral mass. Seriously ill, he wrote it, lying in bed on the order of some of the graph, but it turned out that for yourself. Mozart died unexpectedly, thirty-five years. He didn't have time to finish the Requiem. His death was so impressed contemporaries that Vienna was hearing, if the court composer Salieri, the teacher of many musicians and admirer of Mozart's music, so jealous of the genius that decided to poison him.

Pushkin, who wrote the little tragedy "Mozart and Salieri", managed to convey the essence of the poetic nature of Mozart, his creative genius. "Mopart and Salieri" is a beautiful song about a beautiful Mozart. If you want to understand what is Mozart, nobody will tell you about it better Pushkin and better music Mozart himself.
