Sergey Makhotin - Russian writer, author of works for children.
Born in 1953. Childhood was spent in the city of Sochi. Before becoming a writer, he served in the army, worked as a sound engineer at the Sochi TV, long trained in the Institute of cinema, graduated from poetic Literary Department of the Institute. He worked as a correspondent of the newspaper "Lenin sparks"in the early 80s began to write for children and get published in magazines such as "Fire" and "Sparkle".
In 1985, two Central publishing "Children's literature" and "Baby" - the first book of poems: "Sea Bank" and "Hello, day!". Among the published works: collections of children's poems, historical fiction - the novel "the slender Young man on a white horse.
